Refund policy

As all FOX GUNN products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us at foxgunnshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

EU & UK Customers In accordance with consumer protection laws, EU and UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery. However, as our products are personalised/made to order, this right may not apply under applicable exemptions.

Refunds If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
